Ive already contacted my credit card company to stop you becasue calling Adobe is a massive joke. You have that cancellation team just waste time and hang up.
Bravo Adobe I went to Bluebeam Revu. its great. also went with Camtasia now not premier pro.
whats funny is i was so happy to have all these apps in one place for my business and even opened a teams account so i could buy my people licences.
your admin console has massive glitches and wont allow owners to edit their software licences.
personal account should not overide the business account of the OWNER or the OWNER cant actually use the product they have already paid you for.
and good luck charging my credit cards.
for others reading this, you can always cancel by contacting adobe*, but if you don't see that option on your account, it may be because you have an annual subscription and would incur a penalty with early termination.
