Heute kam eine Email, dass es Probleme mit der Bezahlung meines Abos gibt.
Das Seltsame daran war, dass die Email an eine Adresse geschickt wurde, die ich seit Jahren nicht mehr nutze und die im Account nicht mehr hinterlegt ist. Es war die Email, mit der der Account mal ursprünglich angelegt wurde.
Ich dachte zuerst an Phishing, aber nach Einloggen bei Adobe wurde mir das Problem mit der Zahlung ebenfalls angezeigt.
Also, wieso wird so eine sensible Nachricht an eine Emailadresse geschickt, die nicht mehr im Konto hinterlegt ist? Wieso wird so eine wichtige Email nicht an die primäre oder die sekundäre Adresse geschickt, die auch hinterlegt ist?
Es hätte gut sein können, dass ich gar keinen Zugriff mehr auf diese alte Adresse habe. Dann hätte ich nie davon erfahren.
PS: Und wieso hat Adobe nicht "nicht-öffentlichen" Support für solche sensiblen Angelegenheiten. Es ist 2021 und nicht 1990. Es ist lächerlich, dass der direkte Support im Internet "Öffnungzeiten" hat und man keine direkte Kontaktmöglichkeit per Email hat.
