결제 문제

현재 포토샵과 일러스트를 사용하고 있어, 지금 사용 중인  플랜을 구매한건데

월에 자동결제로 23,100 원과 24,000원이 동시에 나가고 있습니다.

플랜 설명으로 봐서는 저 플랜을 구매하면  18개의 무료 앱에 포토샵과 일러스트가 같이 포함되어 있어 사용할 수 있다고 써있는데

산 적도 없는 플랜인 일러스트 플랜으로 제 돈이 나가고 있습니다

나가고 있는 돈을 보여달라고 하면 카드 영수증을 찍어서 보내겠습니다

만약 여기서의 실수라면 여태 나간 돈도 환불받을 수 있나요?

아니면 제가 잘못 알고 있던거라면 피드백을 주시기 바랍니다

지금 알게된거라 전화 문의는 닫혀있어서 할수 없게되어 여기에다 남기는 건데 돈이 걸린 문제라 최대한 빠른 피드백을 받았으면 합니다.
