처음에 매달 결제되는것을 취소하려고 취소버튼을 눌러 진행을 했습니다.

조기 취소위약금은 12,000원이였고,

그 다음으로 넘어가니 혜택버튼이 있더군요.

무료혜택버튼있길래 바로 진행이 되는지 모르고 눌렀는데

그 후에 바로 취소하려고 하니 위약금이 갑자기 9배 늘어서

96,000이더라구요????

이런거는 어떻게 보상받나요??

2달동안 자동결제 된것도 한번도 못쓰고 안쓰게 될 것 같아서 취소하려고 

들어왔더니 버튼 하나 잘못눌렀다고 갑자기 위약금이 9배 늘어나는건 말도 안되지 않나요???
