취소 환불료에 대해

11/26일에 최초 결제한 사람입니다. 그 기간에 블랙 프라이데이로 좀 더 싼 가격에 샀던 걸로 기억합니다. 

애초에 과제를 위해 며칠만 사용하면 될 것 같아서 월별 결제로 결제를 했는데요 이제 쓸 일이 없어 플랜 취소를 하려고 보니 취소 수수료만 무려 99,000원 내라고 하더라고요 결제는 18,000원 주고 했는데 취소 수수료가 붙는 줄 알았으면 그냥 체험판을 썼을 테지만 눈에 띄지 않는 곳에 있었는지 미쳐 보지 못하고 결제를 했습니다 혹시 취소 수수료를 내지 않고 플랜을 그만 쓰는 방법 없나요 당분간은 쓸 일이 없을 것 같은데

 

그리고 또한 과제를 위해 구입한 건데 몇 번을 시도를 해 봐도 프로그램 상 오류로 저장이 되지 않는 사태 덕분에 과제도 제대로 제출하지 못했어요 며칠이 지나도 해결되지 않더라고요 돈 내고 쓰는 건데 이런 오류는 곤란합니다... 이런저런 이유로 플랜을 취소하고 싶어요
