So I got the 1 year sub on the last years black friday deal.
I was notified about my subscription going back to usual price so I wanted to cancel it. I was given an option for 2 free months, I agreed.
Then a few days later I realized it's black friday and I saw adobe had the deal again.
Tried to buy it, couldn't because the old sub is still active via the 2 free months.
If I now try to cancel it, I am forced to pay the entire 1 year fee. Clearly a mistake on adobes end.
And now when I try to contact support, I realize that this gorillion dollar company doesn't have any form of real life support. No form of contact, email, phone, social media.
I want to buy another year, but not at full price. I'm locked out from doing it.
Hopefully there's someone alive over at Adobe support, if there is any, that can see this and help me out.
