30 day trial wasn't cancelled

Hi.  I cancelled my Acrobat Pro DC and Stock Photo subscription during the trial phase.  I just noticed that both have continued to bill me (3 months).  I haven't used the accounts at all during the post-trial phase.

 

How do I correct this as I haven't found a way to contact support directly to refund my subscription fees?

  1. Log-in to your account with your Adobe ID and Password.  Use a good browser that doesn't have ad or script blockers.
    https://account.adobe.com/plans
  2. If you still need customer support, scroll down to Contact Adobe button on the same page 
  3. In the chat box, type Billing Agent followed by Enter/Return key.
