Photoshop money is being withdrawn from my account now. I can't see my plan in the account and I haven't been able to use Photoshop for more than 2 months and have been paying for it. The inquiry was not made in the first place, so I'm writing now. I want to cancel this plan and get a refund. The latest payment is on August 24.
