Absolutely Massive Log Files Being Created on Macs

Hi,

It has come to my attention that Creative Cloud is creating huge log files on Macs at ~/Library/Logs/Creative Cloud/CoreSync

These log files can be 100GB or bigger.

I have paused syncing as I read this would prevent the creation of these log files.

I have also tried the command

defaults write /Users/xxx/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.accmac.plist ACCPreferenceLogLevel -string "0"

as I read this would help but neither of these have worked.

Please does anybody have a solution that works.

I potentially have around 100 Macs this could affect so a solid solution would really be appreciated.

Thank you ever so much for your help.

Kindest Regards

Neil Kempshall

What do the logs say? You can use the command line "tail" command to get a quick view.

Is it doing this on all of those 100 Macs? My file is really small! I'm wondering if there's something weird with a disk install .img you may've used? Otherwise, if it's only on 1 or 2 machines, it may be best to do the clean uninstall/reinstall thing!
