hi,
i downloaded all of adobes ios apps and signed in one after one and along the way i got this message while trying to sign-in: 'for security reasons your access is temporarily disabled. for more details, contact adobe customer support.'
can it be that it's because of the dozen of sign-ins?
*it happens in more than one app

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

AFAIK you only have to Sign In to One App. That creates a License file of some type that other Apps Look for and use to verify your subscription to use that app.

It would also be a good idea to List the Adobe apps you are installing on your i Phone and or Pad.
