Hi all, I'm trying to purchase the 11.11 40% off CC all apps deal [here].
I already have a subscritption to Adobe Illustrator CC, and when I go to the purchase page for the plan it tells me to upgrade. So I click Upgrade Plan, it takes me to another page where I click Manage Plan, then it asks what plan I want to upgrade to and the deal is not on the list.
I tried contacting support but they're not open.

I only have until tonight, please help 😞

Offers like this aren't a way of rewarding existing customers, or a special general price for all, they are designed to bring in NEW customers. Annoying but that's how most special offers on subscriptions work these days. You need to read terms and conditions carefully. Here they are:

AirieK, good evening.
I think this is happening because Illustrator is included in All Apps.
As Test_Screen_Name says, it is originally an offer to acquire new customers,

but as long as you see the conditions, if you have not used All Apps until now,

you are a new All Apps customer, so it is a good opportunity upsell for Adobe.
One way is to consult with customer support tomorrow that it was not possible,

but it was not possible to apply for it today due to the system.
