What is going on with Adobe??? I have been charged $478.75 on a card I don't even use with Adobe for Acropro!!! The support was useless and I could not understand what the agent was saying. What is this ridiculous charge for?? Angry.
If you think it was credit card fraud and someone is using your credit card, then call your credit card company immediately.

If someone tries to contact you by PM, it's probably a spammer. Adobe staff have an Adobe badge and an employee tag.
