Hello everyone,
I just got mail like;
Cancellation confirmation
We've processed your cancellation request. Your service will end on 16-February-2021 (PT).
After that, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership. Free memberships retain limited access to Creative Cloud services and 2GB of complimentary online storage. (You may need to delete files to meet your new storage limitations.)
Keep exploring Creative Cloud, and we wish you well in your future endeavors.
But I didn't cancel my account. I can't connect to support as well. Anyone else got this problem?
Thanks.

Hello @Åžule5E4A,
Can you confirm where did you purchase your subscription from. There are quite a few such issues reported today and some of them after contacting support found that the purchase was through an unauthorized seller and hence was canceled. For specific information about your account you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

I have the same problem, nobody is responding. I talked to somebody from Adobe few weeks ago asking about my subscription, they said its valid and I should ignore the email. That my subscription is okay. Today I started working on Adobe Illustrator and could not get in "cause my subscription has been cancelled"....I chatted with somebody and they put me through like 3 agents, than some specialist, didnt get through and the conversation ende...what a horrible way to treat your customers. I am waiting for like an hour to get an answer...still nothing!!

I've been seeing a lot of posts like this over the last couple of weeks. In the majority of cases, it appears that the people who received this message had purchased their products from an unauthorized reseller who sold them illegal redemption codes. Adobe has run one of its periodic sweeps and cancelled the accounts that used those codes.
If you did not buy your code directly from Adobe or from one of its authorized resellers, it is probably pirated. Adobe may sell you a legal subscription at an initial discount for your trouble.
