Adobe Cancelled my account without my consent

 I have restarted my computer and my creative cloud account was cancelled. I have never clicked on some "Cancel My account" button and I have bought a One-year Subscription Key from G2A on September 2020. I checked my mail and this mail was sent to me earlier this day. I hope a moderator can help me with this issue, I work at creative cloud apps every day :(, My mail is REMOVED I repeat, I have never consent this account cancellation
