Hi, I just purchased the student package of Adobe Creative Suite Cloud for $19.99 a month but when I downloaded the InDesign app, it is telling me I only have the trial run. Am I missing something?

Creative Suite is discontinued and not supported. I think you mean you have a Creative Cloud plan which is an annual subscription. Make sure you're logged-in with your PAID Creative Cloud plan ID and password.
