I changed credit card and forgot to update Adobe. They never alerted me. I continued to use Muse for another year, then got a call telling me I was canceled and cut off my use of Muse, leaving me dead in the water. Online help had no interest in helping, just saying no, no, no, it's impossible to reinstate you!
Adobe apparently wants users off Muse and will take advantage of a billing error to knock them off. No problem with screwing loyal customers who have paid them for years. I was shocked at what Adobe did. It is not in Adobe's long term interest to screw customers.
If anyone has any info that might help the situation it would be appreciated. But please nobody say, oh you should just sign up for Dreamweaver. Screwed once, my bad.
