I've tried to log in to my account. I forgot the password. I clicked a button to receive a code unabling me to do that. I got it after 30 minutes. When I come back to the login page to enter the code....I'm getting error message - code has expired!!! I tryied few times until I got blocked by your great system.
I tried to ask for help on Customer Portal...but to do that I need to log in!!! Bravo Adobe!!!
Have any of you actually went through the customer focused processes which you put infront of customers??
