All apps upgrade from Photography Plan

I've had the photography plans for some time and use Lightroom Classic on my desktop and edit in the iOS apps. This has been very useful. I upgraded to the all apps subscription expecting this to be able to continue as a work-flow. But, according to the apps my subscription has now expired.

 

Is this correct? I can still edit and Sync online from Lightroom Classic. But, I'm unable to use Lighroom on my ipad to edit these photos without paying for the premium service?

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
