already paid for adobe student account and now i cant access apps, everything was working yesterday

I've been paying for the adobe student account for months. I was using the programs last night with no problems and now it wont even let me use the programs without paying again. Need help because i have homework due in a couple days.

I purchased adobe subscribtion in 29 march and after three days it stops working. And  i again accidentally purchased the same 398 ₹ subscribtion today, and it also doing the same thing 🥹😔😡 please give me some solution i lost about 900 ₹

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I see, that such Adobe "activity" deals not only with me!!! Subscription is accepted with THE ONLY PAYMENT. Adobe FORGETS delivering PAYED PRODUCTS and works with NOT WORKING "procedures" of logging and using ANY GUARANTEE LEGAL PROCEDURES. You can use the only great number of stupid "descriptions, how YOU can IMPROVE Adobe DAMAGED PRODUCTS. Congratulations!!! Five months I cannot perform succesful logging and contacting with ANY PROFESSIONAL Adobe worker! Of course, after TWO MONTHS of subscribed products using, I'd stopped payment, continuosly trying contact with ANYBODY HUMAN BEING hidden PROFESSIONAL from Adobe! Just now, I have NOT ACCESS to any subscribed program FIVE MONTHS LONG!!! That IS ADOBE CREDIBILITY !!!

The same situation: subscription was PAID, but ANY ACCESS to applications IS AVAILABLE. After two months illegal stoping services by Adobe, my payment was stopped. "If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support." - ANY SUPPORT is also available: no phone and no e-mail to Adobe Help service. EACH "procedure" REFUSE working, sending clients to great number of completedly stupid "descriptions" forcing mentally normal client to follow "receips", working in not finnished circle. Adobe works as a group of completedly unbalanced people in lost mind and imagination. No logging, refusing changed and accepted passwords... when launching PS (without any picture visible), you are seeing the message, that someone's (not visible and presented in any form picture !!!) "face moode" is "improper or damaged", ad just starting Photoshop is swiitched off !!! Who ia the "author" or who purchase deliver such not  imaginable STUPIDITIES?
