Annullare abbonamento dopo i 14 giorni

Salve, Purtroppo ho dimenticato di annullare l'abbonamento entro il mese di prova in quanto ero in ferie, sono passati poco più di 14 giorni, Me ne sono accorta solo ora andando a controllare le email, capisco che da contratto dovrei pagare la penale o tenere l'abbonamento, Ma dato che non ho mai usato le risorse e sono passati solo pochi giorni in più, Sarebbe possibile ottenere un rimborso totale o comunque non pagare la penale?
