Hello, I have been reading through the posts but havent had a chance to see if anyone has had any luck with this issue.
I didnt get notified for my subscription auto renewal, and that was last month now they want me to pay a huge fee to cancel. I hardly use the captivate anymore so I didnt automatically assume to wait for the dates as its been a year.
What are my options, I cant afford the cancellation fee nor can I afford to pay this monthly anymore.
As for what you can do, here on this board we are mostly volunteers, so do not have the power to change subscriptions. Suggest you try contacting Adobe Customer Care directly and explaining the situation?
