I had to do an independent search for an adobe phone number. It's quite literally, not listed anywhere on this website. After finding it through a 3rd party search engine, I called and now have a 1 HOUR 27 MINUTE HOLD TIME.
This after receiving an email telling me my subscription will automatically renew at almost double my previous rate.
If the call drops for any reason, I will surely have to call my credit card company and put a stop payment order to all services from adobe. Maybe some other day I will be able to talk to an Adobe rep and get this resolved. Or maybe I have to find/learn new software.
Very frusrated. I've been a 'creative cloud' subscriber for two years and it was never this difficult to contact the company before.

Be warned that most times search engines give the phone numbers of imposters/scammers. Use only numbers from the site.

Congratulations on getting a "Renew" email. I didn't even get such a courtesy.
