Avaliação Adobe Acrobat - Utilização em período de avaliação (débito em conta 21.10.2020)

Boa  tarde,

O meu nome é Ana Rita Pinho de Oliveira Peixeiro (desempregada, formanda do IEFP) e venho por este meio reportar-vos a seguinte situação:

 

1. No dia 20.10.2020 acedi à vossa plataforma, instalei e acedi à Creative Cloud através daquilo que vocês designam de avaliação grátis;

2. Ainda neste dia instalei o Adobe Ilustrator, também em avaliação gratuita, mas não consegui aceder. A informação que a Creative Cloud era "Incompativél";

3. No dia 21.10.2020 acedi e já estava disponível;

4. Neste mesmo dia 21.10.2020 é me deduzido o valor de 24.59€ (cujo confirmativo anexo);

 

Agradeço verificação e tomada de medidas para que a situação fique resolvida de forma correta.
