One way this might have happened is you got to the renewal date, and mistakenly went to pay for a new plan. Now you would have two plans: the new one, and the old one, automatically renewed. You will pay for both until you cancel, if this happens. HOWEVER, this would show in the billing history.
If you are paying for one plan, and one plan shows in your account, then someone with access to your card number has bought a plan too. This is a bad thing, and unless it is a family member you can deal with, you should contact your card issuer.
