Bought CC on laptop and will not transfer to PC

Hi,

 

I have used the CC suite for quite some time now. I recently got a PC and when I tried to download illustrator it now says I need to buy it. I am using the same account. Under plans in my account on my PC it does not say I have purchased the student account, while on my laptop I have access to all the CC apps.
