Cambio método de pago

Hola! Llevo semanas tratando de añadir un nuevo método de pago y me aparece que hay un error. Cambiè de equipo y de buscador y no funciona. Tengo a licencia de estudiante. Me urge saber porque me van a renovar el costo de plan.
