Can I just buy photoshop and character animator?

Hello, I am interested in buying Photoshop and Character Animator but I don't want to buy the whole Creative cloud package as I won't use any other apps except the two I mentioned. I see you can buy Photoshop for £19.97/mo but I cannot see a Character Animator package. Is Character Animator part of another app? Surly I don't have to buy the whole Creative cloud package.

character animator is only available for a free trial and as part of the all apps subscription.  ie, you can't purchase without other adobe cc apps for a lower price.

Character Animator is NOT offered solo as a single app.  Sorry.

Character Animator and Photoshop are included in the ALL APPS plan. See screenshot.
