I'm not even sure how to ask this, or how to search for an answer, so maybe someone here can help me.
I recently added Premier Pro to my Photoshop subscription, but soon discovered that I should have gotten After Effects instead. Adobe won't allow me to cancel the Pp subscription because it's under an annual plan.
Is there a way to switch from Pp to Ae, since they are the exact same price?
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below -you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html -click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session -the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right -type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long . PS since you may need 3 apps, what you might want to switch to is the All Apps plan, which will cost the same as Photoshop+Premiere Pro+After Effects. This will give you around 20 more apps for free that you might sometimes find handy (or not, but it doesn't get cheaper...)
