Hi, The problem I have is that I had a subscription for the Creative Cloud form an online university, which expired today. I bought new subscription, made a new account, signed in it and when I try to open Photoshop or any other program it shows me the message: "Sorry, your account is not valid on this device. Please try again with school ID.
Your IT administrator may have applied access restriction on this device. Please try again with another Adobe account or contact your IT administrator for assistance."
