I was subscribed to the After Effects monthly plan for a couple of months until I recently decided to also subscribe to the montly Photoshop package.
I canceled both of them to subscribe to the Creative Cloud All Apps but I get this message:
"In order to upgrade to a Creative Cloud All Apps, we have to cancel your current After Effects (Plan mensual) subscription. Please click below."
I can't really do anything else as my After Effects subscription is already canceled but it's just running out.
Is there any way to contact Adobe support personally to fix this issue? I need to use the other Adobe apps but can't subscribe to them.
