Yesterday, I received an email from adobe saying my payment for my Adobe all apps has failed so I updated my billing card without changing anything. This has happened twice. Afterwards, the payment was made and the amount was deducted from my bank although it is currently still pending. However, I still can't use the apps and it says the system can't detect my payment. Do I have to wait for my payment to go through to use the service ? If yes, how long should I wait ? I really need to use the apps asap. If I do need ask the customer service, is there any email address I can sent to ? I tried calling but i nobody picked up. I have tried going to the admin console, but it is written "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." How do I contact my system administrator ? Or have I done any steps wrong ?

You have to talk to Adobe customer service. This isn't something anyone here is likely to be able to help you with, since we are mostly just users like you. Follow John's directions for how to contact them. For the most part, chat seems to be the only option. Remember to type AGENT into the chat window to talk to a real live person.
