I inadvertently activated the annual Photoshop plan, can I cancel it? I can't see any option

-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

I can't see any "delete plan" option, i did it with another plan and i received a refluendo top, but on the annual plan i can't cancel it

I cancled my plan a few days before the next yearly payment. I now can't purchase the same plan (adobe creative cloud) is this because the plan is still active? And after it's finished can I go and purchase the student plan again or will I not be able to get another subscription?
