I want to cancel my creative cloud plan not chatting with the customer center.
it is because I can't connect to customer service.
Every time I try to connect customer service in chat. AI chatting said I should wait until the staff will join the chat. but It's not connected forever. I tried it more than 10 times. but failed.
because of that, I paid one more month that I don't want to keep the plan. I really want to refund that too.
Please let me know how to cancel the plan. by email or reply here.

It doesn't work for me.
the problem is while following the direction, they said I should contact on chat every time.
I really need a different way to contact the supporting team.
At what stage, section, clicking one of the options, does it come up with Contact on Chat?
AFAIK that isn't even an option on that Helpx page that @John T Smith linked to.
What Exact Type of plan do you have?
