Hello, I've recently cancelled my all of my Adobe subscriptions even before my free trial ended.

However, now I've been notified by my bank that I've been charged for After Effects and other apps as well. When I then choose to cancel I have to pay a fee as well because now I'm part of the annual plan???

I was never on any annual plan. Only on my free trial plan, that apparently was not cancelled, apparently on annual plan too, and apparently I am now liable to pay cancellation fee when I didn't touch After Effects after my free trial was over. Please help to sort this out.
