Yesterday I tried to cancel my free subscription to illustrator before I was charged but could not find where to cancel the subscription. I have no been charged £19.99 but no longer want the subscription? How can I cancel this? Thanks

We cannot cancel your subscription. You have to do that. Use the links provided by Just Shoot Me above.

If you are on an annual subscription and you are not at the end of the year, you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining amount you agreed to pay.
