I would like to cancel my Creative cloud trial. I wish I had done it yesterday when the link was still available. Today I can access neither plan options nor billing info. Even though I still have one more day before they start charging me on May 29.
I saw Beverly Gray being able to resolve similar issues with cancellation.
Dear Beverly and other Adobe billing and account management employees, please help me to cancel my trial and avoid being chanrged for the product I tried but no longer want to use?
Contacting support team was not helpful, an hour and 30 minutes waiting so far.
