I can't find a single way on the site to cancel my subscription. I signed up for a free trial using my school's email account, and I wanted to cancel it, but when I go to view my plan there is no button to cancel. In the description of how to cancel your plan it says this sometimes happens if they're processing the payment, but this obviously isn't the case because it's been 9 days since my trial started and they've already charged my account. I've tried the contact us, but it says that I can't access that and that I need to instead talk to my administrator, but I don't have an administrator because it's a personal account, I signed up by myself using my school email address. I have literally no way of solving this issue, because I can't even contact anyone about it. I just want to be able to cancel my subscription.

Thanks for your response. I know that the forums weren't the place to go I was just desperate to find out how to actually contact Adobe and hoped someone on here would know. Anyway I did some more digging and I finally found a contact number that I could actually call and managed to cancel my account. Thanks anyway!

 

Also if by any chance anyone else is reading this to try and find how to cancel your account there are various contact numbers at https://www.adobe.com/au/about-adobe/contact.html. If you call one of the sales numbers they can help you cancel your subscription and it's actually really easy once you get in contact with them

 

Edit: just realised that's only for anyone in Australia that's having my difficulty but if you search for the similar site in your country I imagine it's similar
