I am not able to reach anyone at Adobe so I can cancel my recent Free Trial. The chat link does not respond and I am about to dispute any further charges. I am done being passed around and listening to elevator music for 20-30 minutes. HELP!!

I understand the frustration but do consider that support would be running on less staff due to the pandemic and hence the long wait times. Try the following, if it does not help then there is no other way except contacting support.
