Hola, tengo un poco más de 2 semanas tratando de cancelar una sucripccón, la cual es 'Estudiantes y profesores', per cada que quiero instalar algún progama o entrar a la aplicación de escritorio me sale ERROR, al igual que cuando quiero cancelar la suscripción, me sale que no tengo ningún plan y que estoy con versión de prueba, pero si descontaron el dinero de mi trajeta. Llamo y nunca entra la llamada. Porfavor ayudenme a cancelar la suscrippción y que me realicen el reembolso. Gracias.
