Cancellation of free trial

Hi, I've been trying to cancel my free trial/delete my account but it won't work because the system already charged me a one month subscription. I only use my account once on the day I registered for the free trial. Its just 13 days since then. What should I do? I don't have any money to pay for the fee.

You need to cancel BEFORE the end of the trial period, now you need to ask for a fee waiver
