Cancellation of subscription

Hello

 

I am new in LR and have subscription to LR ans PS. It is 12,14 EUR per month. Now the question is:

1. there is an option that I can cancel free of charge till 13th or 14th May without any fee. What that mean exactly? Is there any fee for cancellation?

2. Can I cancel subscription (that mean after 13th or 14th May) anytime without any extra fee?

3. can you please inform me about cancellation procedure?

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.

From the first day of service, you have 14 days in which to cancel without any penalty.  On Annual Plans (prepaid or paid monthly), there is an early termination fee which is 50% of your remaining months of service.  To avoid cancellation fees, cancel within 14 days or wait until your 12th month of service. Your choice.
