Hi, I cancelled my personal account a couple of months ago because my work started to provide Adobe for me, but I'm still being charged for the months I've had the account cancelled. Problem is sisnce the account is cancelled now when I try to log in to verify the problem, Adobe says this account doesn't exist... a never ending loop, Please help! I can't afford this and I can't find a costumer service representative to help either...
