Hello,
I cancelled my Adobe account, or so I thought I did back around the 8th of August. I went through the motions of cancelling it, and I'm still getting charged. My work pays for it, which I didn't know before I got it. Now I'm finding out that I have to pay a $40 cancellation fee as well? That's some scam level BS right there. I'm not happy about this at all.

To resolve the extra charge you need to contact support. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Adobe has been charging me for 3 seperate accounts for an extended period. Canceling has been a nightmare and theh make impossible. There seems to be a company policy to squeeze as much out as possible. Company this size knows exactly how to manage it mismanage this situation.
