Does anyone have any advice about how to cancel a plan or how to communicate directly with a staff member at Adobe. I have been trying to cancel my plan but having no luck on line and have spent hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone in accounts with no luck.

I would also recommend you use a different web browser, smartphone, or tablet to begin the chat session. If you have been waiting for hours, then it is likely they the current web browser security settings, add-ons, or plug-ins, may be blocking your ability to chat with a member of our support team.
