Does anyone have any advice about how to cancel a plan or how to communicate directly with a staff member at Adobe. I have been trying to cancel my plan but having no luck on line and have spent hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone in accounts with no luck.

Depending upon the type of plan, and where you are located, you may have the ability to cancel the plan yourself within Account Management on http:///www.adobe.com/. If you do not see the option to cancel your plan, then please contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html for direct assistance with canceling your membership. I would also recommend you use a different web browser, smartphone, or tablet to begin the chat session. If you have been waiting for hours, then it is likely they the current web browser security settings, add-ons, or plug-ins, may be blocking your ability to chat with a member of our support team.
These same misconfigurations may also block your ability to cancel the membership yourself. So I would recommend you also follow the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html in a different brower, before beginning a chat session.
