Last year I signed up to Creative Cloud through my University to receive the discounted student plan. I am finishing university soon and wish to cancel my plan as I no longer need the software. Every time I log in I am given no option to 'manage my plans' as it says I am signed up under an enterprise. I can't even contact adobe as it says I have to contact the enterprise administrator instead. I have no idea who that is and where to find that information. Please help me on how to cancel my account as I don't wish to be billed any further.

if you're in an individually administered plan, here's how to cancel, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-change-order.html

you should be aware of possible fees*.

if that fails to help, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi, I am not in an individual plan. It is with a company that sold off licences (Softwaredigitali.com). With hindsight it was a big mistake and I blundered into it. I have since bought a personal subscription to CC but cannot use it because admin rights are controlled by Softwaredigitali.com. I have messaged this company & told them I want to scrap their licence and have asked them to delete my account. For some weird reason they say this will take a month (God knows why). I don't see how my Adobe account should be controlled by this compnay when I have notified them I want to terminate my account with them.

adobe can't control the details of an enterprise plan.  the plan administrator has control of the distributed licenses.

but you should not have a problem with your individual plan Unless you're reusing the same adobe id. are you?

Thank you for your help, it is much appreciated. Unfortunately i did use the same Adobe ID (I'm very much a beginner so made every mistake in the book). I'd like to make a new ID but when i try to use the redemption code I get the messge that it has already been used!! I did try using it it before (on the ID controlled by the enterprise plan). Where in the Adobe system do i try and get help for the redemption code?
