My main adobe account is : REMOVED
The transaction date is 12/03/20 23:47 Thai Time +7 GMT
but no deposit back at 16/03/20 as the support team told me
They promise full refund of 36,600 THB and didn't get a refund

I'm really scared since support team told me that
1. It's already refund but it didn't
2. They tell me they didn't found my 36,600 THB payment
long story short
1. Buy annual plan
2. Refund because I got wrong information from Adobe support team
3. Adobe support team help me change to monthly plan using same email address register
4. I subscribe 2 more account monthly plan
5. I didn’t get refund from annual plan at 1.
Adobe support team which help us move from annual plan to monthly plan name : Nitin
Adobe support team name : Ankit keep telling me that I have one year member ship and try to cancel my current account you can check chat log
You can check my invoice number REMOVED It will show that I’ve already change to monthly plan on 12/02/2020 the same day I process my refund on annual plan
