A payment was just processed through my PayPal account and I can see an invoice with the following description.
CCSN,ALL,MLP,EER01,MAU,001,N/A,WAH 1 YR
I have no idea what this means. Is this a one-off payment or recurring payment and for what?
There is no way to ask anyone and the My Plans section in my account doesn't give much info either on what this invoice is about. This is quite disappointing. Can anyone please help?

Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled and all script blockers are disabled.
Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

Thank you Manan. I was on that (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) page but I don't get an option to chat or do anything. I only see links to knowledge articles of how to do things. It is really frustrating. Anyway, thank you for responding.
Try scrolling a bit further right? Your screen shot shows that there is some more of the window off to the right that isn't visible.
If it's still not there, try running a web search for Adobe Customer Support. The search results will normally give you a regionally appropriate phone number.
Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.

Offhand, I'd say this is for a 1 year subscription to Creative Cloud All Apps and services plan for US $53/month.

2. Scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
