CCプラン変更 フォト→学生コンプ

現在、フォトプランで契約しているのですが、コンプリートプランにしたいと思いました。そこで、私が学生だったので学生コンプリートプランに変更しようと思ったら、変更の選択肢にないのです。どうしたらよいでしょうか?
