To be honest, a Student / Teacher edition is the same for both.  I don't think it matters much as long as you can establish your affiliation with an approved school or university i.e. school e-mail address or proof of enrollment.  You can usually do that by signing-in to your account portal at

https://account.adobe.com/plans
