Changing jobs, want to migrate my preferences to new account at new job

I'm moving across the river to another position, and wish to migrate my preferences in Adobe to the subscription paid for with my new email. Tried to change my email address to the new one in my old job, but it would not let me as it indicated the email address was in use. Now I no longer have access to the old email address so I'll have to get the answer in my backup address (I hope).

there's no automated way to transfer your adobe preferences.  you can manually move preference files from one computer to another:

Hi @GHargett,

Since you're changing jobs, your synced cloud settings at the old job don't move with you to the new one.  Sorry.

If you want to migrate your workspaces, custom brushes, actions, etc... from old apps to new apps, you'll need to do it manually for each product.  For example, go to C:\Users\App Data\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop [version]\Adobe Photoshop Settings\

Hope that helps.
